Peak to Peak Dental Hygiene, PC is a dental hygiene clinic in downtown Salida. Most of our patients come to us there.
Some of the people we care for live an hour or more away, over a pass or down the highway, in places where the nearest hygienist is a long drive. For them we bring the clinic out. Our mobile unit carries the same equipment we use in the office, and every appointment is scheduled through the Salida clinic.

Our Salida Dental Hygiene Clinic
The clinic is on 2nd Street in downtown Salida, a block off F Street. It is a storefront space with a mountain and lake sign in the front window, a lot of plants, and afternoon light. We built it to feel like somewhere you would not mind spending an hour, because most people do not walk into a dental office relaxed.
The practice has grown from Staci alone to a team of hygienists. We see patients by appointment, Monday through Friday.
Mobile Dental Hygiene Appointments
Our mobile unit is a 2011 Chevy ambulance rebuilt as a clinical space. It has 6-foot ceilings, a warm interior that feels closer to a camper than an exam room, and the same equipment as the office. Read more about it on our About page.

Advanced periodontal care, including scaling and root planing
Teeth whitening
Sealants for children and adults
Oral cancer screening
Digital X-rays
Silver diamine fluoride
Oral health education
An off-site overseeing dentist reviews X-rays and assists with diagnosis. We coordinate referrals with your dentist, or help you find one if you do not have a dentist.

Howard, Colorado
We park next to A Fresh Cut Salon, across from the Sugar Bush.
Howard sits down Highway 50 from Salida, and for patients on that end of the valley it is an easier stop than driving into town. Call the Salida clinic for the current Howard schedule, or request an appointment.
On the route
Westcliffe, Colorado
We park in front of the Custer County Public Health building, with a full view of the Sangre de Cristos.
The Wet Mountain Valley is a real drive from Salida, and it's longer in winter. Bringing the unit downriver to Custer County means patients in Westcliffe and Silver Cliff do not have to make that trip for a cleaning. Call the Salida clinic for the current Westcliffe schedule.

We park next to the Mercantile in Crestone.
Crestone is over Poncha Pass, and preventive dental care is hard to find in that part of the San Luis Valley. Call the Salida clinic for the current Crestone schedule.
